As your estate surveyor, we will take every step necessary to provide you a comprehensive report of your property lines and include plans for division any way you like. If you are purchasing new property that you wish to divide, we recommend performing a title search immediately to ensure no liens are held on the property. Since every county is different, we will review your property division plans to ensure each plat will meet county regulations.
Once we have completed your estate surveying, we will clearly mark out the areas you wish to divide. You will have a comprehensive survey map, meets and bounds descriptions, and any other paper work necessary to file with the county clerk.
